Vince Zampella, the mind behind the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has died in a car accident in the state of California he was 55 years old.

Zampella's death was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio he co-founded.

The celebrated video game developer lost his life when his automobile collided and was engulfed in flames on a highway in Los Angeles on this past Sunday, according to.
