Fantastic $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Online Gaming GM's Dream

Following a short availability back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore available through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company over the years, the complete package is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are multiple package options offered in this deal.

Primary Feature

The big draw is definitely a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Package Levels

Basic Package

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting through inclusion of a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes of Cartographer's Annual come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs that can help users craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, cities, and continents from almost any perspective. Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here is that while you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
